On 28 September 2015, was established the Industrial Board of the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary (FAV), at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”.
The aim of the Board is to initiate public-private dialogue between Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary,private businesses and associations, to assist the faculty develop study programs in alignment with labor market needs, initiate research projects of a mutual interest, offer possibility for students to apply their classroom learning into practice and increase their employability.
The member of the Industrial Board are representatives from the associations, agencies and private companies in the field of agriculture and milk processing in Kosovo such as: Farm and MilkProcessor “Eurolona”, MilkProcessor”Sharri”, Fitofarma, Agrovisioni, Konsoni, Pestova, Agency for Food and Veterinary in Kosovo and the Association of MilkProcessors in Kosovo. The president of the Board was elected Mr. Isak Begisholli, from the Fitofarm company
The establishment of the Advisory Board was realized in close cooperation and coordiation with Dean of the FAV Prof. Bedri Dragusha, Coordinator for Academic Development in UP Mr. Besnik Loxha, Coordinator for Academic Development Mrs. Iliriana Miftari and the company M4Success L.L.C engaged in supporting 8 academic units in their efforts to establishing the Industrial Board.
