M4Success LLC delivered six -days training and coaching to Down Syndrome Kosova (DSK), on how to develop a successful strategy on fundraising and networking. During this process was conducted a step-by-step process of organizational auditing through SWOT and PESTEL Analysis, Market and Competition Analysis, Resource allocation and public perception analysis.
As a result of in-depth analysis was develop TOWS matrix, and were identified fundraising objectives and prepared a one year plan of activities to be implemented by DSK in their efforts to successfully raise funds and be sustainable.
